Cranberry Relish
1 12 to 16 oz package whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
1 cup sugar
1 whole orange
Remove shriveled cranberries. Chomp them in mixer with quartered orange until medium fine. Cool for several hours before serving. If you wish a cooked version, just cook on high until it begins to bubble, then lower heat to simmer and cook for about 15 minutes. The cooked version becomes thickened and jellied.
