Amount Measure Ingredient — PreparationMethod 1 1/2 pounds cauliflower — brokeninto flowerets 1/2 cup Keto Ketatoes Mix -Bacon, Cheddar & ChivesFlavor — tightly packed and level (see notes) 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sour cream 4 tablespoons cream cheese 2 tablespoons chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon onion powder — to taste 1/4 teaspoon white pepper — orcayenne or black pepper (totaste) 4 teaspoons Concord Potato Seasoning- Original Recipe RoastedPotato — see Notes
Steam cauliflower until quite soft (or microwavein covered dish). Drainand dry the cauliflower (it will still be warmenough to melt butter etc.
Place everything but Concord mix in foodprocessor. Blend extremely well,then serve or warm gently over stovetop or inmicrowave.
Can be refrigerated and brought to temperature onthe stovetop, sprinklingin Concord mix very slowly and stirring wellbetween sprinkles of mix.
