For all of you that have lost weight
I need to lost weight after five kids and two of those being born inthe last two years but I am really looking forward to more energy tokeep up with them.
I just started today and I am wondering what day to day changes youhave seen. I have read the book and I love the testimonials.
I had signed up on the SBD online site and so far have lost 30lbs in3 months. The day to day changes are small, but the biggest changeis that I don’t crave sweets anymore! Once I got past Phase one (ofcourse that was hard) I stayed away from chocolate even though Icould have it “occationally”. I didn’t want to bring back mycravings. If I allowed myself one hershey mini, I knew I’d be backfor more.
