Honeyed chicken wings
3 pounds chicken wingsSalt — to tasteFreshly-ground black pepper — to taste1 cup honey (USE s/f iminataion honey)1/2 cup soy sauce2 tablespoons vegetable oil2 tablespoons ketchup (USE Low Carb catsup)1/2 garlic clove — minced
Cut off and discard chicken wing tips. Cut each wing into 2 parts and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mixwell. Place wings in slow cooker and pour sauce over. Cook 6 to 8 hourson LOW.
