Im thinking about switching to the south beach diet
I just started the Atkins diet and I feel sick! I don’t reallythink it’s very healthy.
I was digging around my parent’s library and found the South BeachDiet book. I read it and I think it makes way more sense thanAtkins! So I’m thinking of switching….
Does anyone know whether or not mayo is allowed in the 1st phase ofthe diet? If it is, should it be full fat or reduced fat?
