Low carb yummies dream-easy cheesecake

4 oz cream cheese3/8 c ricotta cheese1/8 tsp salt4 1/2 tsp splenda2 tbsp water1 1/2 tsp almond extract (I used vanilla)1 tbsp heavy cream

Pre-heat over to 350. Place all of the ingredients into blender and blend untilsmooth. Pour into 4 pyrex dishes (175 ml baking cups) and bake until firm butstill moist (17 to 23 minutes).
