Mashed cheesy garlic cauliflower

I had always tried to add as much as I could to mask the taste of thecauliflower, but last week I made them and didn’t have everything I needed to Iwent simple and found that it was much better than putting everything in it.One bag of frozen cauliflower2 tsp of onion powder2 tsp of garlic powder1/2 stick of butter2 Tbs of heavy cream1/4 c of grated Locatelli cheesesalt and pepperMicrowave cauliflower until well done (about 10 minutes for my microwave)Add cauliflower to food processor while still hot. Top with butter,seasonings, cream, and cheese. Process until very smooth and cream….you maythinkyou are overprocessing it, but the longer you let it go, the smoother andcreamier it is.
