No alcohol really makes a difference
I only had the one drink over the weekend during my gig and I canalready see that alcohol really stymies your weight loss. When I washaving the occasional drink, my weight loss either stopped or Igained at least 2 pounds….but since last Saturday (it’s nowWednesday), I have dropped 5 pounds! This has really given me theincentive not to take that drink until I am allowed to! I plan tostay on Phase 1 for at least 3 weeks, which is when I have my 35thBirthday Doctor’s Visit. My blood pressure has been kinda high, so Iam watching my salt intake and exercising to get it down. I don’twant to take any medications, so I am trying to make sure I am okayfor my doctor’s visit….10 pounds gone and 15 to go by October20th. Wish me luck and thanks to everyone for their advice!!!
By the way, is it okay to stay on Phase 1 for three weeks????? Will Istill have the rapid weight loss (5 lbs per week) in the 3rd week?
