Preganancy weight

hey Lisa!

i gained about 50# during pregnancy over 2 years ago. i had my first(and so far only) baby 2 years ago when I was 37, and after that I’vebeen losing weight, but veeeeeeeery slowly. I’ve noticed that I needto exercise to lose weight, and that can be just walking. In June, Iwas walking about 13000 steps everyday, and I lost weight (I don’tknow how much because I didn’t weight myself, I just saw and noticedthe difference), then I got busy again and….well, you know.

I’ll try to start walking again next week after work. I want to befit by December for those christmas pictures LOL! And then for my40th birthday next March.

Keep up the good work and don’t give up!
