South beach website vs. the book

Just curious if anyone is a member of the Online version of the SouthBeach Diet and if they like it or find it helpful? I am consideringthe online version however, the only reason would be for the supportsystem that goes with and if I could get it for free outside the sitethen I could save the fee for the website.

Any comments would be helpful in me making my final decision!

Dear Karen: I joined for 3 months then dropped it. During that timeI studied the daily menus and tried many new recipes. When I foundone I liked I cut and pasted it into my computer, then downloaded allof them into my PDA for shopping. I found that worth the price ofthe membership. Other than that, I found a few good ideas in thecolumn by Dr. Agaston.

I just finished my 3 month subscription and didn’t think I needed tore-sign. The website is much better than the book. On the websiteyou can ask nutritionalists questions, print recipes, talk to othermembers. Also they update the food lists and servings every sooften so the book is dated. I have been off the website for a weekand am now here… so far so good.
