Soy flour

Has anyone used soy flour? Can you use it on the SBD?

    Watch out though, Soy flour does NOT taste the same a regular oldflour. It gives things very bitter narly taste. I have used in a fewrecipes so far and I think I will pass on it. Yucky. Also, don’tswitch out for the entire amount of flour it just doesn’t act thesame.

    Is soy flour (defatted) permissable in phase 1? And if so, anyonehave a good soy cookie or brownie recipe that is SB friendly? Mykids and I both want cookies, but do not want to cheat.
