Watermelon has a very high glycemic index and is not allowed in anyPhase.
No fruit on phase 1. Watermelon is high on the glycemic index anywayso not the best fruit choice for phase 2 either.
WATERMELON IF YOU FOLLOW strictly is not until Phase 3 and then onlyonce in a while I belive it’s very high in sugar.
im not sure how to add a blog…but i was wondering if onion and tomotoes mixed in organice tomotoe juice is ok on phase 1
