Watermelon - phase 1

I don’t have the SBD book, but I wanted to know is it okay to eatWatermelon during Phase 1????

    Please, please, please read the book before you jump into this (or thinkyou’re jumping into it, only to find out that it doesn’t work because younever really followed it).

    As large as the book is (not very), there are a lot of recipes and foodlists, so you can read about the diet itself in very little time. It’s notvery complicated. Really. If cost is a problem, check it out from yourlibrary.

    The question you are asking says that you are not remotely ready to startthis diet. The answer is: no fruits in Phase I.

    Watermelon has a very high glycemic index and is not allowed in anyPhase.

    No fruit on phase 1. Watermelon is high on the glycemic index anywayso not the best fruit choice for phase 2 either.

    WATERMELON IF YOU FOLLOW strictly is not until Phase 3 and then onlyonce in a while I belive it’s very high in sugar.

    im not sure how to add a blog…but i was wondering if onion and tomotoes mixed in organice tomotoe juice is ok on phase 1
